**How do you reply?**

We reply by email. A trial request gets its account within one working day; for that, use the [free trial form](https://skaldanalytics.com/beta/?choice=trial#signup) instead.

**How do I report a security problem?**

Pick Security in the form at the top of this page, or use GitHub's private report: the Security tab of the repository, then Report a vulnerability. Say what it touches, not how to exploit it, and we reply with a private channel.

**What happens to my message?**

It is kept on our own server with the time, your IP address and your browser's name, and mailed to us. We use it only to answer you. The [privacy note](https://skaldanalytics.com/privacy/) has the detail.
